Terms of Service

By accessing or using CreateIRL (the “Service”), operated by CreateIRL LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at hello@createirl.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

CreateIRL offers paid memberships on monthly and annual cadences. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at the point of checkout and are billed in advance for each renewal period. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; by purchasing a membership you also agree to Stripe’s terms.

Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account’s billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access through that date and are not charged again.

Founding-member pricing is offered to a limited number of early members at our sole discretion. Once locked in, your founding rate continues to apply for as long as your membership remains active and uninterrupted. If your membership lapses, you may be required to re-subscribe at the then-current standard rate.

If within 30 days of your first paid membership charge you decide the Service did not meet your expectations, contact us at hello@createirl.com and we will refund your first month’s membership fee in full. This guarantee applies only to your first paid period and is not available for renewals.

You agree not to: (a) harass, threaten, or harm other members; (b) post unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its data; (d) use the Service to send spam, scrape data, or train machine-learning models without permission; (e) resell or sublicense your access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content you grant CreateIRL LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating and improving it. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and curated content, is owned by CreateIRL LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or for conduct that, in our judgment, harms the community or the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular member outcome will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreateIRL LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreateIRL LLC and its team from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
