Terms of Service

1. These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Animor Studios, Inc. ("CreateIRL", "we", "us"). They cover your account in this community and everything you do in it.
By joining or using the community you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The platform clauses further down this page also apply. They are part of these terms.
2. Your membership
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it: our support page.
Your account is for you alone. Do not share it, sell it or let anyone else use it.
3. Paid membership and billing
Some parts of the community are for paying members. The price, how often you are charged and what you get are shown before you pay.
A membership renews automatically at the end of each period and you are charged again, until you cancel.
If your first months cost less, your membership then renews at the regular price shown at checkout.
You can cancel online at any time on your billing settings. Your membership then ends at the end of the period you have paid for. You keep access until then and are not charged again.
Unless a promise below says otherwise, payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
4. 30-day money-back promise
If you ask within 30 days of your first paid membership charge, we refund that charge in full. Ask us at our support page. It covers your first paid charge only, not renewals.
5. Events and hosts
Events may be online, in person or both. Members the community approves may host them. A host runs their own event and is responsible for it.
Some events are paid. The price is shown before you buy a ticket. If an event is cancelled, paid tickets for it are refunded.
You go to in-person events at your own risk. Follow the venue’s rules and the law.
6. Live calls and recordings
A host may record a live call. When a call is recorded, the room tells everyone in it.
A recording may be shared with members in the community’s Library. If you do not want to be recorded, turn off your camera and microphone, or leave the call.
7. Community rules
Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, spam or scams. Do not share anyone’s private details.
Only post what you have the right to post. You keep ownership of your posts. You let us show them in the community while it runs.
Our admins and moderators may edit, hide or remove posts that break these rules.
8. Leaving and removal
You may leave at any time. If you pay for a membership, cancel it as described above.
CreateIRL may suspend or remove you if you break these terms or its rules, or to protect other members.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change matters, we will tell members in the community or by email.
If you keep using the community after the date, you accept the new terms.

Platform clauses
Groopy terms for every community
These apply in every community on Groopy. Effective October 15, 2026.
11. About Groopy
CreateIRL runs on Groopy, a service operated by Animor Studios, Inc. (the "platform operator"). The platform operator provides the technology only.
Animor Studios, Inc. runs this community and is responsible for its terms, content, prices, events and refunds. The platform operator is not a party to the agreement between you and the community, except as these platform clauses say.
The Groopy Terms of Service also apply to your account. If the community’s terms and these platform clauses disagree on a platform matter, these platform clauses win. Platform matters are accounts, security, content rules, payment processing and the platform operator’s liability.
12. Who may join
You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding agreement.
13. Acceptable use, on every community
You must not post or share anything unlawful, sexual content involving minors, threats, harassment, hate, content that breaks someone else’s rights, malware, spam or scams.
You must not try to break into accounts or systems, get around a block or limit, scrape the service, or use it to train a machine-learning model without permission.
Uploaded images and videos are checked automatically and may be blocked. The platform operator may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, in any community, with or without notice.
14. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By paying you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Card details go to Stripe and never to the community.
The seller is the business named on your receipt. The price is shown before you pay. Unless checkout shows a tax line, prices do not include any tax you may owe.
A membership that renews says so before you pay. It renews each period until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time on your billing settings. It then ends at the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again.
15. Live calls
Live calls run on the platform. When a host records a call, the room shows a recording notice to everyone in it. The recording is stored by the platform for the community.
16. Copyright complaints
If you believe something here infringes your copyright, email the platform operator at our support page. Include: the work, where it appears on this site, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not allowed, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or allowed to act for them, with your signature.
The platform operator may remove the content and will close the accounts of people who infringe again and again.
17. No warranty from the platform operator
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Animor Studios, Inc. gives no warranty of any kind, including fitness for a purpose and non-infringement. It does not promise the service will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, and it is not responsible for what communities, hosts or members post, sell or do.
18. Limits on the platform operator’s liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Animor Studios, Inc. and its owners, staff and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill.
Their total liability for any claim about the platform is limited to the greater of what you paid Animor Studios, Inc. directly in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Claims against the platform operator are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, as the Groopy Terms of Service say.
19. Your responsibility
You agree to cover Animor Studios, Inc. and its owners and staff against any claim, loss or cost, including reasonable lawyers’ fees, that comes from what you post, how you use the service, or your breaking these terms or the law.
20. Privacy
How your data is used is in the Privacy Policy.
21. Changes to these platform clauses
The platform operator may update these clauses. A change that matters is announced on the site or by email. If you keep using the service after it takes effect, you accept it.
